Getting Started
Travel eSIM is a digital SIM service that lets you stay connected while traveling abroad. Instead of using a physical SIM card, you can instantly purchase and activate mobile data plans on your compatible device.
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card that's built directly into your mobile. Once you purchase a plan, you can add eSIM and activate the plan it by scanning QR code or add manually by enter activation code. No physical SIM card is needed.
Any user with and eSIM capable device can use this service. Advice to check before purchase.
Plans & Coverage
Roamin travel eSIM offers a range of data plans:

Unlimited Data – Daily high-speed data (e.g. 2GB/day). Speed slows after that daily limit and stay connected at standard speeds until your daily reset.

Fixed Data – A set of data allowance for your trip (e.g. 7GB total). Can buy additional data later if you needed.

No. These plans are for Data Only. You can use your primary SIM for calls and SMS if needed.
Roamin eSIM plans are valid for 180 days from your purchase date. This applies to all Single Country, Regional Bundle, Unlimited Data, and Fixed Data plans.

Purchase & Payment
Upon successful purchase, you will receive your purchased eSIM plan activation details email within 5 minutes.
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Taxes, duties, levies, and service charges (where applicable) are not included in the listed price and will be itemized to checkout based on your billing location.
Activation & Usage
The plan starts once you activate it at your destination, not when you purchased it. You can purchase now and activate later.
You can purchase additional data for Fixed Data plan. Additional data will activate automatically once your current plan’s data is fully used. For Unlimited Data plan, refreshes every 24 hours from activation during the validity period.
eSIM compatible devices allows multiple eSIMs to be installed, but depending on the device model, the number of eSIMs that can be activated at the same time may vary.
The dual-SIM dual-standby phone can install multiple eSIM at any time. However, the number of eSIMs that can be activated on a device will vary depending on the device model.
No. You can use the eSIM only on one device. Make sure to activated the eSIM on the device you intend to use it. Once the eSIM activated on a device , you may cannot transfer to another devices.
Yes, your eSIM is reusable. You can reinstall it on the same mobile device using original activation (QR code/Activation code) and simply add new plans for your next trip.
Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Yes. Make sure to turn on the data roaming after you arrive at your destinations.
You can access any app or websites within your data plan, as long as there are no restrictions on the app or website you use.
Yes, if the device allows both SIM card and eSIM activation, your main number should be able to answer calls.
If you are unable to scan the QR code provided, you can install eSIM by manually entering the eSIM activation code.
Ensure you are in the correct country and your Roamin travel eSIM data roaming is ON and set as default Mobile Data. Restart your device or switch Airplane Mode on and off until you get the mobile signal for that country.
Internet speeds depend on the network coverage, speed or priority of your local operator.
This means your eSIM plan is already being used on another device. Please make sure you scan the correct eSIM plan.
In Hong Kong (China) and Taiwan (China), real-name registration is required before using eSIM services. You may need to provide valid identification during purchase or activation, as required by local regulations.

If the process is not completed, or if the information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent, your service may be delayed, suspended, or denied. You may also face legal consequences under local laws.
Troubleshooting
Refund
Refunds are only available if a service disruption is caused by our error or failure, and are issued at our discretion.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once an eSIM is installed or activated, it can’t be refunded unless it’s defective. Refunds also don’t apply to accidental purchases or if your device isn’t compatible.
If approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method. You may be asked to provide additional supporting details during the process.
