  • Travel eSIM is a digital SIM service that lets you stay connected while traveling abroad. Instead of using a physical SIM card, you can instantly purchase and activate mobile data plans on your compatible device.

  • An eSIM is a built-in chip inside your smartphone. Once you purchase a plan, you can add eSIM and activate the plan it by scanning QR code or add manually by enter activation code. No physical SIM card is needed.

  • Any user with an eSIM-capable device can use this service. Advice to check before purchase.

  • Most newer smartphone models are eSIM compatible, but it’s always best to verify before you travel.

    • Fixed Data – A set data allowance for your trip (e.g. 7GB total). You can buy more data later if you need it.

  • No. These plans are for Data Only. You can continue using your primary SIM for calls and SMS if needed.

  • Coverage depends on our partner networks in each country. Your device will automatically connect to the strongest available local network.
